The product is the main part of the vacuum solid-liquid separation equipment, the processing involved laser cutting, leveling, machining, bending, welding and other processes, especially because the product shape is complex we need to bend 11 places.
Our customer required that all angles must be controlled with tolerance within ± 0.3 degrees when bending, only when the angles are the same the parallelism of the last two bottom can be assured.
After many times of bending specimens and welding, adjustments, and ultimately we succesfully made the parallelism tolerance between the two bottom surface controlled within ± 1.5mm in the case of 4 meters long board panel.
