Our welding machines include welding robots, Plasma welder, strip surfacing machine, Cross welder, saddle welding machine, Lincoln welding machine, and gantry welding machines about 231 sets, support welding methods including AW, SMAW, MAG, MIG, TIG, PAW.

Building a wind tower needs to weld the pipes. A machine base needs welding for many parts. Building pressure vessels need welding too, and building any steel structure in the construction field needs to weld all kinds of beams, and posts. Welding holds an important position in metal fabrication.
Our plasma welding machine SAF PL130(made in France) can weld thickness 1-10mm length 12.5m metal tube.
We have a strip surfacing machine, with a turntable 7 meters and load capacity of 100 tons, for high-demanding weldments like nuclear equipment or pressure vessels welding tasks.
At Openex, we carry out regular inspections on our welding equipment to ensure they’re in sound condition and operating effectively. Our welders undertake frequent training and engage in welding contests to promote professional welding and working efficiency.
Our welders have been already certified by AWS, CSS, RINA, LR, DNB, and API and expect to pass certificates of ABS, ASME and ASIC as well.
We also introduced many advanced machining centers from Europe, America, Japan, and other countries. With those advanced facilities, we can offer a complete metal fabrication service including slitting, cutting, grinding, forming, heat treating, machining, painting, testing, and assembling.
