Lately, we fabricated a batch of rotary drum, machine frame and machine casings. Before this, we manufactured lateral plate of stock bin, bucket elevator, machine frame, stock bin, etc.
The products of this order mainly include frame, machine body, machine casings. Fabrication processes mainly include material cutting, laser cutting, beveling, roll forming, welding, assembling. The biggest difficulties of this processing are the consistency of the drum diameter runout and the end runout, the preheating of the aperture and the body before welding, and the elimination of stress after welding and the heat treatment.
Throughout the production process, various departments cooperate closely, production arranged reasonably, and toolings arranged in every single process such as plasma cutting, laser cutting, bending, roll forming, edge planing/beveling, welding, etc., which improves product processing efficiency under the premise of ensuring quality and wins full recognition of customers.
