Heavy Steel Structure Fabrication for Lithium Battery Assembly Line

Since February, the main structural parts for the battery automatic assembly line have started to be delivered one after another.

The customer is a leading global manufacturer of power lithium batteries. The automatic assembly line is used for battery module installation, assembly of front and rear end caps, tank covers, PCB boards, transfer of finished lithium batteries, and charge/discharge testing.

There are 2 sets of structural parts in this order, each set contains 43 pieces of columns, 4 pieces of large platform, 2 pieces of small platform, 40 pieces of intermediate platform, 26 pieces of short beam, and accessories such as steel ladders and protective railings. The parts will be matched with integrated mechanical and electronic parts, sensor parts, computer control system, robot system, etc. In order to ensure the accuracy of the terminal matching, Openex has strictly followed the standardized document requirements from cutting, welding to painting operation, and the customer has praised the quality of the final steel structures.
