Tube sheet is widely used in Desalination, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchanger, Paper making machine, Oil refining, Steam Turbine, and many other industries.
We can provide machining service for almost all tube sheets, small or large in size, rounded or rectangular in shape.
To achieve high efficiency, we have a large array of multi-spindle milling-drilling CNCs. With our CNC array, the dimension tolerance, including the flatness, parallelism, perpendicular, circularity, and cylindricity can be achieved to an unrivaled tight level.
Except for tens of multi-spindle CNCs, we also have more than 11 deep-hole milling-drilling CNCs to meet some special tasks which might need holes deep up to 1200mm.
Compared to the ever-used radial drilling machine, the CNCs we used dramatically increase productivity.
Firstly, no need to draw lines to mark the position of the holes.
Secondly, multi-holes can be drilled at the same time, rather than one by one.
Thirdly, one operator can take care of four CNCs.
High productivity means low cost, the large array of CNCs can meet the different scale of jobs. We have been awarded machining work for a large number of tube sheets with length more than 12meters, and another large machining jobs for tube sheet with a diameter of 9.3 meters, we also have machined tube sheets as small as 450mm with a thickness of only 25mm.
Thanks to a large number of machine centers, we can obtain the supply of cutters at a relatively low cost and sustainable stable supply. The metal material for the tube sheet No matter metal material for the tube sheet is carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, or any other special alloy, we can get supplied from tens of Chinese large mills.
