Today, the project of ore washing drum and rotary screen we fabricated was successfully shipped to Australia. It’s for the third iron exporter of Australia. This is the second time we served a large fabrication project for mining equipment as a third party.

The ore washing drum and rotary screen in this project are made of carbon steel heavy and medium plates supplied by Shagang. And they are certificated by CNAS. The whole process of this large fabrication project includes forming, machining, rivet welding, heat treatment, painting, assembly, packing. In the process, we successfully developed a method by using robot processing instead of machining, which improved production efficiency and reduced cost. Of course, the development was at the base of ensuring quality. This got high praise from the customer.
