The difficulties encountered in the process of processing are the straightness and flatness of the vertical and horizontal beams of the bridge frame, the positioning accuracy of the suspension; Tail door coaxiality and diagonal dimension accuracy, as well as the rear column cylinder support matching accuracy and section flatness. In order to ensure the quality of the welding parts, our production department and technical Department organized the pre-production technical exchange, discussed the drawing details, tooling design, processing technology and welding technology, and worked out the final production plan.

The fabrication process of those welded assemblies involves laser cutting, beveling, bending, plate rolling, machining, welding, shaping, etc.
