We have just finished a sulphur storage tank with a diameter of 7 metres, length of 11 metres and a wall thickness of 8/10mm special stainless steel. This tank was designed to withstand high pressures, high temperatures and corrosive environments. Not only this, the tanks have been manufactured with combustion and explosion hazards taken into account.
Our customer for this project is a well-known and established company specialising in pressure vessels, they require components manufactured to the utmost levels of precision and quality. ASME certification is also a requirement for this project. The tank was divided into four sections and assembled on site with ease, within project timelines and all Health and Safety regulations adhered to. Our customer is more than satisfied with the quality of work and has lavished praise upon us for exceeding expectations.
