A concrete mixer truck is a heavy-duty vehicle that is used to transport and mix concrete. The truck consists of a chassis, a mixer drum, and a number of other components, all of which are made from sheet metal. The sheet metal parts of the truck are subject to a great deal of wear and tear, so they need to be made from a strong and durable material.
In this project, we were tasked with fabricating custom sheet metal parts for a concret e mixer truck. The parts were made from Q345B carbon steel, which is a high-strength steel that is commonly used in construction applications. There are 3000 pieces of the parts with a total weight of 150 tons.
