Openex recently manufactured a batch of custom flanges for a chemical customer, and more than the flanges were well received by the customer.
The flanges are made of 20mm thick 316L stainless steel with diameters of 1.3m, 1.8m, and 2.1m respectively. The manufacturing of the flanges needs the following steps: grinding, waterjet cutting, welding, shaping, machining, etc. The customer has high requirements on the indicators such as shape and precision. Through this cooperation, the customer deeply appreciated our processing capacity and quality control and indicated that they would preferentially choose to cooperate with us for similar orders in the future.
