In this project, we were tasked with custom manufacturing a batch of balance plates for an excavator. The plates were made of Q235B carbon steel and had the following dimensions:
The plates were all custom-made according to the drawing offered by the customer. Our manufacturing process involves cutting, machining, painting, inspection, and other techniques to ensure the highest quality and durability of the balance plates.
