3. Monitoring finish machining:

The purpose of finish machining is to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece size and the quality of the workpiece surface. At this time, we should pay more attention to the influence of the built-up edge on the processing surface, as for mold cavity machining, we should also take care of over-cutting and cutter-drawing problems at the corner of the surface. Second we must pay attention to the workpiece surface quality that has been machined, and adjust the cutting parameters to avoid the change in quality. When it doesn't work, you should the machine immediately and check if the orginal programing is correct.

4. Monitoring cutting tool wear:

The cutting tool wear condition to a large extent determines the quality of machining. During the automatic cutting process, the normal wear condition and the abnormal condition of the cutting tool can be judged by the method of sound monitoring, cutting time control, suspension check, workpiece surface analysis and so on. To prevent the occurrences caused by tool wear we should deal with these issues timely according to the machining requirements.
